 Lyco’s new Test Facility is a 5,000 square foot addition laboratory designed for testing blanching, cooking, pasteurizing and cooling processes. We can test processes with hot water or direct steam heat and cool with 33 Degree chilled water. We can test with full size production machines or “Simulators” which are 60” or 72” diameter full size cross section machines that have one foot long cylinders.
We welcome customers to send us product and observe testing to help them arrive at recipes and machinery sizes for their specific application. |
New to our manufacturing facility is a... Bystronic ByStar - 5200 Watt Laser Cutting Machine with Load / Unload
for automated operation. Not only can we cut thicker materials faster
than ever, we also can now include Tube, Pipe and Structural Steel,
Stainless and Aluminum to our list of laser cutting capabilities. In
addition, this machine can handle sheet sizes up to 157" x 79" for
large part manufacturing.
