New Test Facility
Lyco’s new Test Facility is a 5,000 square foot laboratory addition designed to test blanching, cooking, pasteurizing and cooling processes.
We can test processes with hot water or direct steam heat and cool with 33° F chilled water. We can test with full-size production machines or with Simulators, which are 60” or 72” diameter full-size, cross-sectioned machines that have one foot long cylinders.
We welcome customers to send us products and observe testing that can help them arrive at recipes and machinery sizes for their specific application. |
