Rotary Drum Blanchers & Cooker/Coolers®How it worksProduct is fed into the machine by a water cushioned in-feed flume. The cook zone then blanches, cooks or re-hydrates. Product is then transferred into the cool zone to be cooled to any desired final temperature. Product is then discharged for further processing. A stand alone blancher is used when no cooling is required.
